Jordi Pujol Puente is a lawyer whose specialty is the electricity sector, principally with respect to administrative and corporate law. In our firm he is responsible for preparing detailed legal advice tailored to clients in the renewables, self-consumption and energy efficiency fields, both with respect to administrative and legal questions. He is active in our M&A transactions, the negotiation of contracts and the mediation of conflicts. Jordi is also highly experienced in providing regulatory and corporate legal advice to companies in the agriculture sector.

He collaborates along with other members of our firm in the UNEF self-consumption and PPA working groups and the APPA legal working group.

Jordi has an advanced level of English and possesses a working knowledge of French, as well as having a native level of Catalan and Spanish. After receiving his undergraduate degree and Masters in International Law from ESADE (University Ramón Llull), Jordi undertook an executive Masters in Corporate Finance & Law, also at ESADE, developing advanced skills in corporate management, corporate law and the valuation of companies.

His practice is closely linked to the electric sector, having focused principally on the distribution and commercialization of electricity. In Prat Rubi Advocats (Barcelona) Jordi worked in the legal secretary of a business association that groups together small and medium sized distributors and sellers of electricity.
